   علي سعيد آل درويش للمقاولات هي مجموعة من تأسيس الشركة في عام 1978 من قبل علي سعيد آل درويش مقرها مدينة الدمّــام بالمنطقة الشرقية في المملكة العربية السعودية ومكتبها التنفيذي الحالي بمدينة الدمّــام – شارع الظهران. وهو الشركة السعودية بالكامل وبناء، التي لها مكاتب في الدمام. نحن أساسا في البناء والأشغال المتعاقدة مع الاخذ في إيقاف المشاريع الرئيسية للفيلا، من 4 إلى 6 بناء الكلمة، وورش العمل والمستودعات التخزين، مطاعم ومكتب الداخلية. لدينا ورش عمل حول نجارة، تصنيع الصلب، الألمنيوم وافتراءات الانشاءات المدنية في جميع مشاريعنا حققنا بعمل رائع في إنتاج والحفاظ على جودة المنتج الأعلى التي تم بناؤها في إطار سياسة وإجراءات السلامة صارمة للغاية. في آل درويش ونحن فخورون التزامنا مع السلامة والجودة. لدينا القدرة على تنفيذ المشاريع في أي مكان داخل المملكة من المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن الآن المنشأة الرائدة والأكثر ثقة واعتمادا في مجال الإنشاءات ,والأعمال التجارية, وأعمال الهياكل الحديدية وأعمال كساء الألمنيوم , والأبواب والنوافذ الألمنيوم بجودة عالية وفي الوقت المحدد. وكذلك المصنوعات الخشبية والأثاث المنزلي ، أثاث المكاتب ، الأبواب والنوافذ ، والأرفف ، وخزانات المكتب وأعمال الحديد والصلب ذات الصلة بجميع أنواع الأبواب والنوافذ والبوابات , وبناء الخدمات مثل السباكة والتركيبات الكهربائية. هذه الأهداف نحققها بواسطة فريقنا المدرب ذو المهارات العالية,والأكثر خبرة , وقيادة رؤساء منشأتنا والمهندسين المتخصصين. الذين تظهر دائما اهتماماتهم الشخصية في أخذ توجيهات من العملاء محور الاهتمام بحيث استطعنا أن نصل إلى أعلى معايير الجودة. الالتزام بالجودة : جد دائما أن جودة العمل لا تخيب أبدا لأخلاقيات المنشأة , ولهذا نشعر دائما بأننا نكون مشرفون بمعايير الجودة. في تاريخ منشأتنا لم نفقد أبدا تحقيق أهدافنا بجودة عالية مع الالتزام بالوقت النهائي لتحقيق الأعمال. نحن نحقق هذه الأهداف تبعا لمبادئنا : -لا نقبل حل وسط بشأن معايير وجودة العمل. -تقليل النفقات من خلال الوقت وإدارة المواد. -خسارة العميل تعنى خسارة للمورد. -حسن النية ورضاء العملاء. إدارة العمل : نجد دائما أن إدارة المصادر المتاحة دون هدف لا يمكنها تحقيق أي أعمال , لذلك من الضروري أن نكون جزءا من أي مشروع , وندرس العمل الذي يتعين علينا القيام به والتخطيط الجيد للاستفادة من جميع الموارد , إضافة إلى المسؤولية والتفاني لإنجاز المشروع.

   Ali Saeed Al Darwish Contracting is a group of company Establish in the year 1978 by Ali Saeed Al Darwish. It is a fully Saudi based Company, having its offices in Dammam. We are basically into Constructions and Contracting works taking up Turn Key projects of Villa’s, 4 to 6 floor Building, Workshops, Storage warehouses, Restaurants and Office Interiors. We have workshops on Carpentry works, Steel Fabrication, Aluminium Fabrications and Civil Constructions.

In all our projects we have made an outstanding job in producing and maintaining a top quality product that was built under a very strict safety policy and procedures.In Al Darwish we are proud of our commitment with safety and quality.
